  3. Gradually add corn muffin mix to the vegetable mixture, stirring gently until no dry spots remain.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
