- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut chicken into uniform 3-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mix. Toss until evenly coated.
- Pack the seasoned chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers tightly.
- Trim the ends of the skewers if necessary to fit in the air fryer basket.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and minced garlic. Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan, reserving 1/3 for basting.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place 2-3 skewers in the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip skewers, baste with reserved garlic sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Flip again, baste with garlic sauce, and cook for an additional 5–6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove skewers, drizzle with remaining garlic sauce, and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese.
