Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut chicken into uniform 3-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mix. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Pack the seasoned chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers tightly.
  6. Trim the ends of the skewers if necessary to fit in the air fryer basket.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and minced garlic. Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan, reserving 1/3 for basting.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place 2-3 skewers in the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Flip skewers, baste with reserved garlic sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  10. Flip again, baste with garlic sauce, and cook for an additional 5–6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  11. Remove skewers, drizzle with remaining garlic sauce, and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese.
