Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw puff pastry overnight in the fridge or at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Cut puff pastry into 3x3 inch squares and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush pastry squares with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake the pastry for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked, then chop.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and mayonnaise.
  8. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of chicken salad onto one half of the baked pastry and fold.
  9. Secure with a toothpick and serve warm.
