  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Can use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onions can work

  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Or maple syrup for vegan option
For Assembly
  • 8 pieces Wooden Skewers Soak in water beforehand
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can be omitted
  • 2 wedges Lime For serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into even-sized cubes and toss in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 400°F, and lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, about 4 to 5 pieces per skewer.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Let the skewers rest for a few minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
