  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch Or use flour as a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Water To activate the cornstarch.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For searing the pork.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by generously rubbing each pork chop with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in the olive oil. Sear the pork chops for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
  4. Carefully place the seared pork chops into the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Mix cornstarch with a little water in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir this into the crockpot and cook for an additional 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  8. Once thickened, plate the pork chops and drizzle the mushroom sauce over each one.
