- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Sear the Beef (Optional): Heat a skillet and sear the beef for 1-2 minutes until browned.
- Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker: Place the seared beef on one side and mini potatoes on the other.
- Season the Meal: Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings over both beef and potatoes.
- Add Garlic and Butter: Spoon minced garlic over everything and top with butter slices.
- Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours.
- Stir and Serve: Gently stir to coat in the sauce, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
