  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Basil or oregano can be used
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Optional
For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds Mini Potatoes Any small potato works
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with another cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Dairy-free butter or olive oil can be used

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Sear the Beef (Optional): Heat a skillet and sear the beef for 1-2 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker: Place the seared beef on one side and mini potatoes on the other.
  4. Season the Meal: Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings over both beef and potatoes.
  5. Add Garlic and Butter: Spoon minced garlic over everything and top with butter slices.
  6. Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours.
  7. Stir and Serve: Gently stir to coat in the sauce, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
