- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with cumin, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place in a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While chicken cools, prepare the creamy dressing by blending salsa verde, ranch mix, sour cream, mayo, garlic, lime juice, salt, and sugar until smooth.
- Lay tortillas out, and fill each with shredded chicken, rice, and pinto beans. Roll tightly.
- Grease a baking dish and place burritos seam-side down. Drizzle with dressing and top with cheese. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Let burritos rest for a few minutes before serving, then enjoy with Pico de Gallo.
