- Begin by unwrapping an 8-ounce block of cream cheese and placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Once firm, remove the cream cheese from the freezer and coat it generously with your chosen dry rub.
- Create shallow slits in the top of the cream cheese block for better presentation and easy dipping.
- Preheat your smoker to 200°F and place the cream cheese block directly onto the grill grates. Smoke for about 1 hour.
