  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon Use vegetable bouillon for a vegetarian option.
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Substitute with gluten-free soup for a gluten-free recipe.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken by slicing the chicken breasts in half and season with the chicken seasoning mix.
  2. Sear the Chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables in the remaining butter, adding onions, green bell pepper, and celery, then stir in minced garlic.
  4. Create the Sauce by adding chicken bouillon and water, scraping browned bits, and mixing in cream of chicken soup.
  5. Combine Rice and Simmer by rinsing basmati rice and stirring it into the skillet, bringing it to a boil and then simmering.
  6. Add Chicken and Finish Cooking by returning the shredded chicken to the skillet and stirring everything together.
