Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn.
  4. Add 2 cups of mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili paste, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the beef and veggie mixture over 2 cups of cooked rice, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
