Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare Seafood: Clean the shrimps, mussels, clams, and squid, setting aside.
  2. Cook Noodles: Boil water, cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes, strain and rinse.
  3. Stir-fry Aromatics: Heat oil, add aromatics, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Make Soup: Add gochugaru, pour water, add stock, salt, and MSG, bring to boil.
  5. Add Seafood: Add prepared seafood, cook until shrimp turns orange and shellfish opens.
  6. Serve: Rewarm noodles, place in bowls, ladle broth and seafood on top.
