Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of sugar until smooth. Cover and chill.
  3. In a large pot, combine water, gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Heat until it simmers for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook for about 3 minutes or until al dente.
  5. Grill the marinated beef in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked and caramelized.
  6. Assemble serving bowls with noodles, broth, grilled beef, and drizzle with creamy sauce. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and optional chili oil.
