Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and sesame oil. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Prepare your noodles according to package directions. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain the noodles.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the drained noodles, and toss together until well-coated.
