- In a medium bowl, add rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the cream cheese is smooth.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries into the oat mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed but not mashed.
- Transfer the mixture into individual jars or airtight containers, filling them about three-quarters full. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, gently stir the mixture and top each jar with reserved strawberry slices and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
