  • 1 cup Orange Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use low-sodium if preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated fresh ginger adds depth
For the Turkey
  • 3 pounds Turkey Breast Bone-in preferred for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground is best

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger for the glaze.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  4. Place turkey breast in a baking tray and pour the glaze over it.
  5. Cover the tray with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the turkey is cooked through.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with leftover glaze drizzled on top.
