- In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper until fully combined.
- Add 8 hot dogs to the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated on all sides, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F (190-200°C).
- After marinating, remove the hot dogs from the marinade, letting the excess drip off before placing them on the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- If desired, place hot dog buns cut-side down on the grill during the last minute of cooking to toast them.
