Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

  8. Freeze the cut fries on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes.

  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light in color and just firm.
