For the Gravy
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup (Can use cream of mushroom soup as a substitute.)
  • 1 packet Chicken gravy mix (Homemade gravy can replace the mix for a fresher taste.)
  • 1 cup Water

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter, then mix in shredded chicken, chives, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press two triangles together to form rectangles.
  4. Spoon a generous portion of the creamy chicken filling into each rectangle and seal the edges.
  5. Dip each filled dough ball in melted butter, then roll in Italian breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated Chicken Pillows on the baking sheet and bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
