Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bucatini and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly.
  5. Gently add cooked lobster meat to the skillet. Heat for 2 minutes without overcooking.
  6. Combine drained bucatini with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water gradually for creaminess.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with shavings of Parmesan cheese.
